The Moxa EDS-316-T is a 16-port industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch designed to provide an economical yet reliable solution for industrial Ethernet connections in harsh environments. It features a built-in relay warning function that alerts network engineers when power failures or port breaks occur. The EDS-316-T is the wide-temperature variant of the EDS-316 series, supporting an operating range of -40 to 75 deg C. The switch is designed for hazardous industrial locations compliant with Class I Division 2 and ATEX Zone 2 standards. All units undergo a 100% burn-in test prior to shipment to ensure suitability for industrial automation control applications. The EDS-316-T can be installed easily on a DIN rail or in a distribution box, and optionally wall-mounted or rack-mounted with accessory kits.
